Moser Baer to set up thin film project

Moser Baer India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2007, has decided to set up a thin film project for the photovoltaic business through a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated for this purpose. The SPV shall fund this project through debt and / or third party sources.
