Trishakti Electronics to setup seismic data processing center at Kolkata

Trishakti Electronics & Industries Ltd has announced about the following:

1. The Company had been allotted 1 Acre of developed land from Ministry of Information technology Department, Kolkata for setting up of a Seismic data processing & interpretation center at Kolkata for serving oil exploration Companies of India and abroad.

2. The Company had bagged a order for 54 million USD for Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau CNPC Group Company of China for 3d Data onland acquisition for 4 Blocks from ONGC Ltd . For the same the Company acted as active Indian agent and shall get a commission of 4% on successful completion of Job as per ONGC guidelines.

3. The Company await clearance certificate from Reserve Bank of India for NBFC Cancellation order and now the nature of the Company is diverted to infrastructure and seismic service provider for domestic and international oil exploration Companies.
