JSW Steel Board to consider interim dividend

JSW Steel Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider the declaration of interim dividend on Equity shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, March 21, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on equity shares.
