Zodiac Clothing Board to consider interim dividend

Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider and declare, if any, the interim dividend on equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
