National Oxygen Board to consider interim dividend

National Oxygen Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, for the following purposes:

1. To consider and declare Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company if any.

2. To fix the Record Date for the payment of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company.
