SMIFS Capital to sell 49.75% stake in broking company

SMIFS Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2007, has recommended the sale of 103 Lacs Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each held by the Company representing 49.75 per cent of the unlisted stock broking Company.

SMIFS Securities Ltd will apply to the regulatory authorities for the necessary permission for sale and transfer of the shares held by the Company in SMIFS Securities Ltd.
