Suven Life Sciences to consider record date for stock-split and bonus issue

Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, to consider and announce the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of shares from Rs 2/- each to Re 1/- each as well as for issue of Bonus shares, subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 10, 2007.
