Camlin Fine Chemicals allots 3315 shares

Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd has announced that The Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 13, 2011, has allotted 3315 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees who have exercised their options to apply for equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 50/- per share under the "Camlin Fine Chemicals Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2008" [ESOP 2008) of the Company.

Consequent to this allotment the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company is 9306003 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.73.35, down by Rs.2 or 2.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.20 and low of Rs.73.10.

The total traded quantity was 4145 compared to 2 week average of 3577.
