Kaiser Press approves re-issue of 280600 shares

Kaiser Press Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2010, has approved to re-issue 2,80,600 Equity Shares subject to the listing guidelines under Companies Act 1956, as well as subject to approval of the shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.91, up by Rs.0.32 or 4.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.91 and low of Rs.6.91.
