FDC Board to consider interim dividend

FDC Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, to consider the declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 19, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
