Havells India incorporates subsidiary in Isle of Man

Havells India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2007, has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary with the name Havell's Holdings Ltd in Isle of Man.
