Educomp Solutions allots 1500 Equity Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on January 12, 2011 has allotted 1500 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,10,78,792/- consisting of 95,539,396 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,10,81,792/- consisting of 95,540,896 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.516.50, up by Rs.17.50 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.518.50 and low of Rs.498.65.

The total traded quantity was 2.42 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.05 lakhs.
