NRC Ltd executes agreement for sale of company's land at Kalyan

NRC Ltd has announced that Pursuant to the M0U dated April 13, 2006 the Company has executed Agreement for Sale, on March 01, 2007, of the part of the Company's lands at Kalyan, which is subject to necessary clearances / approvals / orders but does not include the land on which the Company's manufacturing activities are carried on.
