UB Engineering to raise funds through rights issue

UB Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2007, has decided to raise funds not exceeding Rs 60,00,00,000/- through the issue of equity shares on a rights basis, subject to shareholders and other necessary approvals. The share ratio and price per share for the rights issue would be decided by the Board and announced at a later date.
