LT Overseas Ltd to acquire further stake in Daawat Foods Pvt Ltd

LT Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2007, has taken the following decisions:

1. Further Investment in/acquisition of the equity shares of Daawat Foods (P) Ltd (DFPL) and pursuant to which the said Company would become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

2. Incorporation of a subsidiary of the Company in Ontario, Toronto, North America to promote the activities of the Company in that region.
