Indiabulls Real Estate allots 451500 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options, vested in terms of 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006' and 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 (II)', by certain eligible employees, and upon receipt of full consideration therefore, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on January 04, 2011, allotted an aggregate of 4,51,500 (Four lac fifty one thousand five hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 80,35,81,478/- divided into 40,17,90,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 80,44,84,478/- divided into 40,22,42,239 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.134.15, down by Rs.3.35 or 2.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.138.90 and low of Rs.133.80.

The total traded quantity was 6.41 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 15.80 lakhs.
