SKS Microfinance allots 27952 Equity Shares

SKS Microfinance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 27,952 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employee Stock Option Plan, 2009. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.646.70, up by Rs.2.85 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.658 and low of Rs.644.

The total traded quantity was 0.73 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.62 lakhs.
