Sun Pharmaceutical Board to consider interim dividend, fixes record date

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider payment of Interim Dividend on outstanding Preference Shares of Re 1/- each and on Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each for the year ending March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, March 16, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.
