Regency Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 06, 2007 inter alia, to consider, the appointment of consultants towards evaluating the option of merger of M/s. Regma Ceramics Ltd, a Company under the same management with the Company.
