Bombay Burmah subsidiary acquires Innovative Organics Inc

Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company's subsidiary Island Horti-Tech Holdings Pte. Ltd (IHTH), Singapore, has acquired majority of common stocks in Innovative Organics Inc. a Company constituted under the Laws of Washington State, U.S.A and the said Innovative Organics Inc. has acquired controlling interest of GRANUM, Inc., a Corporation constituted under the Laws of Washington State, having its registered office at Seattle, WA 98106, USA and engaged in Speciality Organic Tea business. Accordingly, Granum, Inc. and Innovative Organics Inc. have become subsidiaries of IHTH and in turn the subsidiaries of the Company.
