ITC allots 5120370 Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on December 15, 2010 has issued and allotted 51,20,370 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 5,12,037 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from December 15, 2010, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 770,40,52,790/- divided into 770,40,52,790 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.167.35, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.169 and low of Rs.166.30.

The total traded quantity was 2.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.38 lakhs.
