Vesuvius India Board recommends 35% dividend

Vesuvius India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 35% (i.e. Rs 3.50 per share) for the year ended December 31, 2006.
