Henkel India appoints Mr.Thomas Jungmana as Director, nominee of Henkel KGaA, Germany

Henkel India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2007, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Thomas Jungmana as Director in place of Mr. Peter Kardorff, Director nominee of Henkel KGaA, Germany.
