Anant Raj Industries allots 1750 NCDs

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2010 has approved the allotment of 1750 Secured Listed Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10,00,000/- each, to eligible investor(s), aggregating Rs. 175,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Five Crores Only).

The stock was trading at Rs.113.75, up by Rs.2.35 or 2.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.114.80 and low of Rs.111.

The total traded quantity was 0.74 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.54 lakhs.
