Videocon Industries allots 11765000 Equity Shares

Videocon Industries Ltd has announced that the Shareholders Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,17,65,000 equity shares, at a price of Rs. 170/- per equity share, to Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd ("BCCL") pursuant to option exercised by BCCL to subscribe to 1 (One) equity share of the Company per Warrant.

The stock was trading at Rs.206.65, down by Rs.3.40 or 1.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.213.25 and low of Rs.205.05.

The total traded quantity was 1.15 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.64 lakhs.
