Texmo Pipes to consider GDR issue on Dec 16, 2010

Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider and decide the date of opening of the issue of GDRs upto an amount of US$ 25 Millions.

The Board will also fix the pricing of the issue of GDR.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.30, down by Rs.1.80 or 3.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.95 and low of Rs.46.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.39 lakhs.
