Goodricke Group Board recommends 12.5% dividend

Goodricke Group Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.25 per share (12.5%) subject to approval of the General Body.
