Future Capital Holdings Completes Issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures

Future Capital Holdings Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated October 01, 2010 regarding the issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") in one or more tranches, for an aggregate amount upto Rs. 250 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Crores Only) to be issued on private placement basis ("Issue").

The Second Tranche has closed on December 01, 2010 and under the said Tranche, the Company has allotted, 1,250 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each, amounting to Rs.125 Crores (One Hundred Twenty Five Crores Only).

On aggregate basis the Company has allotted 2,500 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) each, amounting to Rs.250 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Crores Only) in two tranches on private placement basis.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The stock was trading at Rs.223.10, up by Rs.4.10 or 1.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.228.45 and low of Rs.215.20.

The total traded quantity was 3.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.18 lakhs.
