Deccan Chronicle to consider and fix record stock split

Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held March 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider and fix the Record Date for the proposed Stock Split of Equity Shares of the Company to Rs 2/- per share from the existing Face Value of Rs 10/- per share.
