Hexaware Technologies Clarifies on final preference dividend

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 15, 2007 regarding the amount of final dividend on 10,55,570 Series 'A' Redeemable and / or Optionally Convertible Preference Shares @ 2.95% was inadvertently mentioned as "Rs 41.20/- per share", Hexaware Technologies Ltd has now clarified that "Rs 41.20/- per share", should be read as "Rs 21.13/- per share" (net of tax).
