Signet Industries allots 24322500 shares

Signet Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2010, has allotted 2,43,22,500 (Two Crores Forty Three Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred) fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees Ten only) each, in proportion of 5 (Five) new equity shares of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees Ten Only) each for every 1 (One) existing equity share held, in both Demat and physical form, to the existing equity shareholders of the Company.
