Uflex approves Part conversion of FCCBs into 61423 equity shares

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the FCCBs holders has exercised the option to Convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US$ 200,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular and approval of Stock Exchange, Company has allotted 61,423 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock was trading at Rs.252.05, down by Rs.9.80 or 3.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.261.80 and low of Rs.244.

The total traded quantity was 6.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.33 lakhs.
