Global Boards to consider record date for capital reduction

Global Boards Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the record date for reduction, consolidation and fresh issue of equity shares pursuant to the Scheme of Rehabilitation approved by the BIFR.
