Television Eighteen Board to consider interim dividend

Television Eighteen India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 05, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Declaration of an interim dividend.

2. To consider the Record date for paying Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company.
