LT Overseas to consider acquisition of further stake in Daawat Foods Pvt Ltd

LT Overseas Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 02, 2007, inter alia to consider further investing in / acquiring the equity shares of Daawat Foods Pvt Ltd and thereby making the said Company a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
