Bank of India to raise Tier II Capital of US $200 million

Bank of India has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on August 26, 2006, has also approved the floating of Upper Tier II Bonds in overseas market for US $200 million with Green Shoe option of US$40 million.
