Wartsila India Board recommends 20% dividend

Wartsila India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% (Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10/- fully paid up) for the year ended December 31, 2006.
