Devaki Hospital Updates on Open Offer

Indbank Merchant Banking Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of Mr. A N Radhakrishnan ("Acquirer") and Mrs. R Gomathi and Mrs. D Meenakshi Ammal ("Person Acting in Concert" / "PACs") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Devaki Hospital Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated September 11, 2006 and Corrigendum to the Public Announcement dated September 18, 2006 ("First Corrigendum"), pursuant to and in compliance with, Regulation 10 & 12 of "the Regulations" issued by the SEBI. The shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following:
