With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily tilted "HFCL puts 74% in HTL on the block", Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has clarified that, the said news item is inaccurate and is based on purely speculative information. The Company clarifies that no mandate has been given for sale of any stake of any percentage in HTL Ltd by the Board of the Company.
