i-flex Solutions Ltd has announced that A survey administered by the Brown-Wilson Group, authors of the best-selling book, The Black Book of Outsourcing has ranked Equinox, an i-flex Company, as the top outsourcing vendor to the Mortgage Banking Industry in 2006. Equinox addresses the market in the financial services industry for global Business Process Outsourcing solutions.

The survey was conducted in Q3 2006 with 12,755 outsourcing purchasers and 3,340 outsourcing corporate employees and evaluated solution providers’ demonstrated strength in four survey areas CEO commitment, human capital performance, corporate direction and leadership impact.

Equinox was additionally noted for its domain expertise, solutions approach, service delivery and client satisfaction & relations, innovation and scalability. Survey participants rated Equinox mortgage process outsourcing services as number one in the industry, ahead of those provided by India-based outsourcing competitors as well as US-based suppliers.
