Superhouse Board declares interim dividend, to raise funds

Superhouse Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2007 have taken the following decisions.

1. An Interim Dividend @ 10% was declared.

2. The matter of issue of fund of Rs 30.00 crores were discussed and it was noted that in addition to current requirements, the company will need total fund of Rs 100.00 crores by the end of March 31, 2008. After discussion it was decided to raise the fund of Rs 100.00 crores by means of QIPs / ADR / GDR / FCCB / Preferential Issue / Public Issue / Right Issue or by issue of any other instrument.
