Kotak Tax Saver Scheme declares Rs.3 dividend

Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Ltd the Trustee to Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund have approved a dividend of Rs.3 in Dividend Option of Kotak Tax Saver Scheme, an Open Ended Equity Linked Savings Scheme.

The record date for the dividend is February 20, 2007. The face value per unit is Rs.10 and the NAV as on February 14, 2007 was Rs.14.379.

The distribution of above dividend is subject to availability and adequacy of distributable surplus. Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the dividend option of the scheme would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy if any.

All Unit Holders of the Dividend Option of the scheme, whose name appears in the records of the Registrar as on February 20, 2007 will be eligible to receive the dividend.
