Adani Enterprises Updates on Open Offer

ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has announced regarding Public Announcement (PA) dated February 15, 2007, in relation to open offer for acquisition of up to approximately 8% of the paid up equity share capital of Adani Enterprises Ltd (Target Company). The Manager to offer has now informed the Exchange that face value of the shares of the Target Company to read as Rs 1/- as against Rs 10/- as appearing in the Open offer dated February 15, 2007.
