Sahara Mutual Fund has declared a Dividend of Rs. 4/- per unit under Sahara Wealth Plus Fund. The Dividend is Tax Free in the hands of the investors.
The record date for the purpose of dividend is 05/10/2010.
All such investors under dividend options of Sahara Wealth Plus Fund whose names appear in the register of the unitholder’s book as on the record date, would be eligible for Dividend.
Announcing the dividend Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg, CEO mentioned that Sahara Wealth Plus Fund is a unique Fund which identifies Companies of very selective categories where the Return on Equity (ROE) is more than a certain specified limit. Currently the average ROE of the portfolio companies is over 27% which reflects the intrinsic strength of these companies. Such companies with higher ROEs tend to outperform in the medium to long term and generally have relatively lower downward risk owing to their capability to generate strong cash flows. Sahara Wealth Plus Fund offers an excellent investment opportunity to earn attractive returns in the long term.

NAV of Sahara Wealth Plus Fund as on 29/09/2010 is Rs. 22.6938 under Fixed Pricing Dividend option and Rs. 23.5222 under Variable Pricing Dividend Option.
