B A G Films allots 5000000 Warrants

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has announced that the Investor Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 08, 2010 has allotted 5,000,000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to M/s. ARVR Communications Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Anu Films & Communications Pvt. Ltd.), a promoter group Company, at a price of Rs. 17.70/- per shares (including a premium of Rs. 15.70 per share) against 25% upfront money received by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.23, down by Rs.0.01 or 0.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.95 and low of Rs.12.10.

The total traded quantity was 9.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.57 lakhs.
