Parsvnath Developers bags 2,90,000 sq. mtrs of plot in NOIDA

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Company participated in the bids invited by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for allotment of Group Housing Plot No. GHP-001, Sector 116, Noida under Group Housing Scheme, 2007 (2) and upon being successful in bagging the bid, the Company has been issued a letter dated February 14, 2007 conveying acceptance in-principle by the Authority in respect of allotment of the above plot measuring 2,90,000 sq. mtrs. of land (approx. 72 acres). The total project cost is estimated to be around Rs 1750 Crores and the developable area would be about 7.5 million sq. ft. The project is expected to be completed in about three years time.
