Diamond Cables secures large turnkey order under RGGVY

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that the Company has receipt of Turnkey order under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidhyutikaran Yojna (RGGVY) as exclusive Turnkey contractors for Vadodara and Anand District of Gujarat.

The Project Envisages Supply and Erection of 11 Kv 180 kms line, about 700 kms of LT Lines, Supply and Erection of 361 Transformers and providing service connections to over 69000 House hold falling under the Jurisdiction of MGVCL.

The Company's Power Infrastructure group has participated in 13 more packages under the RGGVY Scheme.

The Companies power infrastructure group separately formed in November 2006, expects to generate a revenue of Rs 150 crore in 2OO7-2008, the group has grown to a Team of 15 Senior Engineers and 500 persons on the ground.
