Celebrity Fashions allots 20000 Equity Shares under ESOP 2005

Celebrity Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors have allotted 20,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 after realisation of Rs.6.00 lakhs from the allottee.

Further the Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the company stands increased from Rs.19,51,46,650/- comprising of 1,95,14,665 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs.19,53,46,650/- comprising of 1,95,34,665 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.05, down by Rs.0.70 or 2.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.40 and low of Rs.32.55.

The total traded quantity was 16778 compared to 2 week average of 5959.
