DLF allots Equity Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted 28536 Equity Shares upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme.

On October 01, 2010, 6,758 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted. On September 15, 2010 19,494 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted and on September 01, 2010 2284 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.390.75, up by Rs.2.95 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.397.35 and low of Rs.384.

The total traded quantity was 12.35 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 12.45 lakhs.
