Vivimed Labs allots 199112 Equity Shares

Vivimed Labs Ltd has announced that Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 199,112 differential Equity Shares against conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds.

The stock closed the day at Rs.329.20, down by Rs.8.40 or 2.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.343 and low of Rs.326.35.
